Grievance
When problems arise, we are committed to understanding the cause and working diligently towards solutions. Every complaint gives us the opportunity to improve our standards and processes.
Stakeholders can use the following channels, which are exclusively intended for the grievance mechanism, to submit complaints, notices or claims in connection with non-conformities:

All complaints must be supported by evidence and include the date and time of occurrence, a detailed description and the consequences (if any).
Affected parties can submit complaints about:
the standard;
a project;
potentially suspicious activities.
The complaints mechanism is intended solely for the receipt of complaints and must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours.
Under no circumstances may the identity of the complainant be made public or disclosed to any other party outside the ERS Complaints Team unless expressly authorized by the complainant.
